- Extremely eye-opening! We all travel, but we often don’t get the most out of it. George’s book, The Traveler’s Edge, gives a great account of how to get the most out of every adventure and how to use traveling to improve all aspects of your life. I particularly enjoyed the stories of how innovators like Howard Shultz got to where they are because of their travels! I had no idea how many people have benefitted from traveling. A fantastic read!

- The Traveler's Edge is an great read (coincidentally read it while on a plane traveling to and from a wedding) written in a casual, down-to-earth style. This book ties in some fascinating research around travel, gaining perspective, and differentiating oneself along with real world examples of how people have used travel to their benefit. The anecdotes provide colorful backstory to the author's emphasis on the importance of travel. The author shares his own experience traveling across the United States, growing up in Georgia (the country), and traveling to over 80 countries (and counting). Far more than just a how-to book, this book gives you the why and toolkit to make travel your advantage in business and in life!

- Megre does a nice job relaying stories and experience and peppering in his own and others' life lessons along with supporting research. Doesn't always seem like a book focused on "business", which is a good thing.
